Terminology

The following terms are used throughout the Articles of Association and other governing documents of O’Town Makerspace.

1. Association – refers to O’Town Makerspace.
2. Board – refers to the Board of Directors of the Association.
3. Member – any individual who has signed the Terms of Membership and is accepted into the Association.
4. Facilities – all physical spaces, tools, and equipment managed by the Association.
5. Annexes – additional documents referenced in the Articles such as the Terms of Membership, Makerspace Layout, Liability Waiver, etc.
